Experience top-notch small group personal training! Our 60- minute sessions have a maximum of 4 members to guarantee individualized attention and results for each participant. Our focus is on assisting you in building strength to shed unwanted belly fat, tone your muscles, and increase overall strength!

Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT)

There is no better large group training program in Kissimmee, FL, Our MRT program are 50-minute session, we utilize interval training to help you burn calories, improve your cardio, and build resistance!

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

The strength and conditioning program is designed to elevate the performance of each athlete to maximize their potential. Every individual athlete contributes to the success of the sports program. When an athlete dedicates time and effort to excel, the strength and conditioning staff reciprocates with an equally dedicated effort to support and assist that athlete.
